Smell is tiny malty and fruity with caramel, grapefruit juice, pineapple, star fruit, freshly cut grass, pine needles, lemon zest and subtle hints of butter. Taste is bitter, tiny fruity and grassy with caramel, buttered dark bread, grapefruit juice, unripe mango, freshly cut grass, pine needles, chives, minerals, orange zest and lemon zest. Mouthfeel is astringent and light to medium bodied.
