Hop-N-Grape in Longview is a lot of things: smokehouse, pub, bottle shop and homebrew supplier all under one roof. But Dave (with his killer mustache) and Brian are also homebrewers themselves and big supporters of our beer so we made one together! Hopped with El Dorado, Citra, Amarillo and Mosaic, Hop Stache is juicy with the right balance of bitterness and haze. Not a West Coast or NE style, we'd call it a juicy IPA.

On tap at Chuck's on 85th, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops, some citrus zest, and biscuity malt. Flavour is loaded with piney hops, with a touch of citrus zest, and biscuity malt. Piney and bright. Good stuff.
