Hey, here’s an idea! Our three largest hop contracts are with Yakima Chief Hops in the varieties of Citra, Mosaic, & Simcoe. For crop year 2018, the combination of that contract is comprised of 43% Citra from Shin & Sons Farms in Toppenish, WA; 31% Mosaic from Jackson Farms in Wilder, ID; and 26% Simcoe from Loftus Ranches in Moxee, WA. So, we decided to make an IPA with our selected lots in those exact percentages throughout the hot & cold side of production. The resulting notes of tangerine, candied pineapple, & rainier cherry will have you Ctrl + X and Ctrl + V until you Ctrl + Alt + Delete.

On tap at Cloudburst, pours a cloudy golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out dank hops, biscuity malt and some pine. Flavour brings out lots of piney hops, with dank notes, and biscuity malt. Dank and piney. Great.
