Like Bigfoot, our co-creator Ron's smile probably exists but has yet to be captured on film. This beer is our tribute to a classic English
bitter: a single batch brewed with Skagit-grown malt and roasted rye, with a friendly amount of PNW Golding and Fuggle hops. And even though we can't see it, we know it makes him smile under his mask.

Dark amber gold pour. Thin foam around the rim. Yeast roll and sour fruit flavor with sour fruit palate. Light bodied and light carbonation

Clover honey nose. Clear copper, firm medium head. Bread with tart persimmon overtones. Light body, moderate cabonation.

[notes] Poured @ FHF 2023 (Aug 12, 2023). Hazy amber gold with small white head. A bit bland, uninteresting, feint brett.

From a pint can. Pours a cloudy brownish amber with an ecru head. Aromas are a bit funky with some oak present. Flavors are tart with some hop bitterness. Hard to categorize but fairly easy drinking with its low abv.

Where: MBCC 2023.
Appearance: Amber colour with an off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, hops, some fruit.
Body: Medium body and carbonation.

Sample at MBCC2023, Copenhagen. Colour is slightly cloudy light Brown with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Fruits, some Nuts, some weird elements.... Light.
