Like Bigfoot, our co-creator Ron's smile probably exists but has yet to be captured on film. This beer is our tribute to a classic English bitter: a single batch brewed with Skagit-grown malt and roasted rye, with a friendly amount of PNW Golding and Fuggle hops. And even though we can't see it, we know it makes him smile under his mask.

Light amber, a bit murky, quite yeasty on the nose, a touch chalky, touch of brett, lively yeast character. A bit muddled.

On tap at Garden Path, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma brings out English bready malt, and subdued hops. Flavour is fairly smooth, with bready malt, some floral hops, and light herbal bitterness. Nothing special here and a bit metallic and bitter. Okay.
