On tap at The Beer Spa Restaurant & Bar, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out gentle lacto and some biscuity malt. Flavour is along the same lines, with lots of lacto, some tart stone fruits, and biscuity malt. Gently tart, with a fruity, lacto-y finish. It's alright.
