On tap at 33 Experiment, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out gently tart apricots upfront, with a touch of farmhouse character, and biscuity malt as a base. Flavour is quite fruity, with lots of apricot upfront, followed by a nice farmhouse yeast expression, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Taste is certainly more invigorating than the smell. Solid beer.

Cloudy blond colour with no head. Moderate American Saison yeast character, quite cloying, although not just sweet and estery, this has a touch of spice, also light bubblegum, with light acidity and that could just be all the apricot in here.
Simplistic.
