Cask (gravity) @ Nottingham Robin Hood Beer Festival (2014), Nottingham Castle, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire, England NG1 6EL. [ As Xtreme Squab ].Clear medium yellow orange color with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted - caramel, pale malt, light apple - butterscotch. Flavor is moderate sweet with a long duration, pale malt, sweet butterscotch, sweet apple notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat. [20141009]
