The second of our collaboration beers with Glass House Winery. Fermented with French saison yeast for a high water profile, with notes of citrus and spice. Hopped with Hüll Melon and Loral for a fruit forward noble character that pairs with Pinot Gris juice added during fermentation.

On tap at Stanley Park, pours a hazy dark copper orange with a small off-white head. Aroma brings out lots of estery saison yeast, with light spiciness, and gentle sweetness. Flavour is very estery, with gentle grape juice, grape skins, saison yeast, and a bit of earthy spiciness. Estery, spicy finish. Not overly complex, but it's pleasant.
