Tap @ SOPP Hki 2021. Smell of straw. Golden color, white head. Aroma of coriander, some soap, wheat, straw. Lively carbon. Medium sweet.

A bit hazy pale yellow colour, good cloudy white head with some lace. Aroma has citrus and coriander with light tartness. Light-bodied, crisp, quite watery. Citric and spicey flavour, light wheatyness and some vegetables. Flavour is more citric than tart otherwise nose indicated. Overall too light brew combined to acidity. Maybe a bit past its prime.

A light yellow, a head is white and very small. Aroma has sourness of wheat, spices, some lemon. Taste has wheat, some lemon and sweetness, mild. Quite light bodied, low carbonation. This wit is not for me, and the style of witbier is slightly different than this beer is presented.

[ As Iso-Kallan Panimo Witbier ].Unclear light to medium yellow color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white to off-white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, bubble gum, witbier yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, citrus, bubble gum, yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150722]

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2015. Slightly hazy yellow colour, small white head. Aroma is grassy, floral, some mild wooden and grainy notes. Flavour is wheat, citrus, some slight tart wooden notes as well as mild spices to it.

Tap@ SOPP 2015. Unclear golden color, thin white head. Pleasant, spicy aroma, cinnamon, clove, coriander. Flavor has coriander, wheat, lemony notes. I liked this one a lot. Long finish, semisweet.

(Keg at SOPP Helsinki 2015) The beer poured pale golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, tartness and coriander. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, coriander, tartness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was tart and bitter. An unpleasant witbier.
