Bottle 500ml. w. swing top @ home on the terrace. [ As Canoe Hefeweizen ].[ Trade by Koelschtrinker ]. Hazy - murky medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy to creamy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, wheat, moderate yeasty, yeast, dough, butter, light banana - vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, sweet drough - banana, yeasty, fruity, sweet bitter and vanilla notes, light tart fruit. Body is medium, texture is creamy - watery, carbonation is soft. [20150406]

bottle from McTapps - thanks! Cloudy golden with a tall white head. Wheaty and yeasty with a pleasant fruity touch, mainly banana. Smooth palate.,

Thanks to Erzengel for that one! Bottle looks really good. Beer in the glass not too zippy, deep golden, nice small head. Yeasty aroma. Starts mild, malty, more and more yeasty, modest dry. Light sweetish. Finish milder, less yeasty, a bit boring-malty. Okay.

Bottle from McTapps, thanks!! Cloudy orange with a solid head. Aroma is cloves and wheat. Flavour is fruity, caramel, banana and yeast. Fizzy fruity dry finish.

Bananig süßer Antrunk, wässrig herber Mittelteil. Die Süße ist hier bereits vollkommen versiegt, die Bananigkeit kaum noch vorhanden. Trinkbar aber nicht überzeugend. 8/7/7/7/8/7

Many thanks for this bottle to Erzengel. Murky gold with a frothy head, aroma is clove, citrus and banana. Taste is banana, sweetness on a smooth malty body and a rounded finish.

Vielen Dank an Erzengel für diese Flasche! Milchig trübs goldenes Weizen mit einer geringen aber feinen weißen Schaumkrone. Geruch hefig, getreidig, malzig, leicht fruchtig, Banane. Geschmack phenolisch fruchtig, würzig, Nelke, etwas bananig.

50cl bottle. Smooth fresh beginning. Yeasty banana in the mainpart. Hints of bitterness. The aftertaste has clove and bitterness, smooth, yeasty, but a bit sharp. Nice, but not too round.
