Named after the part of the hop plant used in brewing, our Cone gets rave reviews for its intense, complex hop profile: strong and bitter with lots of grapefruit notes. Its all-American hops are added at four different stages in the brewing process, as well as double dry hopping.

Hops: Simcoe, Amarillo and Palisade.

Hazy orange colour with thin head. Something wrong here as this has an unpleasant aroma and taste of fresh cut grass. That's an overtone that dominates too much. BB 12.08.22

On tap at Eebria Taproom. Shared with Finn. Covering white head that laced well. Next-to-clear golden body. Inviting smell of ripe fruits, mid-sweet. Orange fruity flavours with mid-sweet malts beneath. Resinous bitterness to a drying finish. Fine bodied. Like it. (Bermondsey, London 29.09.2018).

50cl Bottle, thanks R&J! Hazy orange colour, off-white head. Aroma of lots of fruity hops, mandarines, oranges, orange peel, a little dank, sugary. Flavour is medium sweet, light sticky, caramel, oranges, clementines, citrus, very bitter, the whites of grapefruit or orange peel bitterness, light herbal. Medium bodied. Tasty IPA that smells and tastes like a DIPA. Well done.
