A 6.5% IPA, Rummin’ Raisins is infused with smooth robust flavours of Bacardi Negra, soaked with selected wood chips. Subtle spiciness paired with sweetness from Californian golden and dark raisins. Dry hopped with chinook, talus and simcoe hops for a smooth bitter sweet experience.

On tap at Druggists, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out piney hops upfront, with biscuity malt to back and a hint of spiciness from the earth. Flavour is similar, with an earthy, piney hop character, and a crisp biscuity malt base. Dry and spicy finish. Decent.
