A local twist on the traditional Belgian wit style. The creamy wheat base is complemented by the addition of chen pi (Tangerine peel – the whole fruit is traditionally gifted at Lunar New Year to bring good fortune) coupled with osmanthus flowers to sweeten the aroma with a touch of apricot.

On tap at Little Creatures - Singapore, pours a cloudy bright blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out bright coriander upfront, with a touch of citrus zest. Flavour is loaded with spicy coriander upfront, accentuated with citrus zest, and wheaty notes. Bright and citrusy. Very well-made.
