Warm as the colour of golden amber. This is Nidhug. You immediately sense this full-bodied malted beer’s outstanding character. With a light touch of yeast aroma, caramel and chocolate, this beer’s elegant smoothness is sublimely counterbalanced by an outspoken spiciness. Danish rye lends power to every sip. Genuine Nordic enjoyment from time immemorial.

Bottle at ChrisO’s Pre - GBBF tasting. It pours cloudy brown with minimal head. The nose is bitter - sweet, earthy, tangy, raisin, brown bread and fruit cake. The taste is fairly subdued....bitter, mild acidity, raisin, date, brown bread and leather with a short, dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Pretty meh all - round.

Bottle. Thanks Pops. Pours hazy amber with a white head. Phenols and sweet caramel. Tart fruit and paperbag. It’s shit basically. People who brew beers like this have absolutely no knowledge about beer.

500 ml bottle. Unclear orange/golden body with a medium sized off-white head that fades rather fast. Aroma has malt, caramel and a hint of acidic fruit. Flavor is light caramel malt, some fruit in general, slightly sour and moderate bitterness. Medium body and aftertaste. Drinkable but rather plain and straightforward.
