Bottle, 0.33l. Aroma is yeasty, citrusy, vinous, floral and mild funky. Pours hazy clay-like color with medium sized frothy off-white head and sparkling appearance. Taste starts light sweet and sour grainy and citrusy, following is bready, peppery and herbal with gooseberry note, mouthfeel is mild spicy, while finish is heavy bitter. Medium body, slick texture and average carbonation in palate. Excellent example of Sauvinism...

Bottle. Somewhat hazy golden-orange, smaller white head, not so lasting. Spicy nose, some very noticeable white grape notes with sweet feeling. Medium bitterness, strong spiciness and some yeast. Lasting aftertaste, dry finish. Light body.

On tap at Maison BapBap, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out saison yeast and crisp biscuity malt. Flavour has a nice estery character, with biscuity motes and light candied sugar. Crisp and estery. Solid stuff.
