When looking to replicate the highly complex flavors that come from the 7 different ingredients in the Zombie, we basically had to pull out the kitchen sink to make this right! All those spices blend perfectly into a truly scrumptious little sour with a full range of flavors that bounces between a tropical day at the beach and a cozy night in your favorite tiki bar. Fruity up front, light acidity and an overall delicious spice component from the cloves, cinnamon, and mint... This is one of our most ambitious cocktail beers yet!

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy golden with a small white head. Aroma is loaded with lots of adjuncts, especially cinnamon, orange peel and anise. Flavour is along the same lines, with cinnamon, orange peel, and anise. Little bit of lime on the back end. Lots of adjuncts here. Fun stuff but not exactly elegant.
