Our second collab with Outcast Brewing. This time named after their brewer and outspoken twitter personality Patrick Schnarr. Cider that we blended passion fruit & guava with to make a tropical cider that has sweetness with good acidity.

On tap at Uncommon, pours a cloudy blonde, no head. Nose brings out lots of tropical fruits, a little acidity and some sweetness. Flavour is more on the sweet side, with lots of tropical fruit juice, medium sweetness, and a touch of apple skin. Tropical and sweet, but not overly complex. It's alright.
