Poured from 375mL bottle. Hazy straw yellow with white head. Brett with mild hopping and slight cracker. Simple, but well done.

375mL bottle, pours yellow with a medium white head. Aroma reveals lots of brett funk, bright citrus hops, and crisp crackery notes. Flavour is lots of bright brett, citrus hops, and grainy notes. Bright brett, tart citrus. Very good.
