On tap at Dragonmead, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out plenty of lacto, gentle tart citrus and a little acidity. Flavour is likewise tart and yogurty, with moderate acidity, yogurty lacto, and tart citrus. By the books and rather authentic. Nice to try an unfruited Berliner these days.
