On tap at Haymarket - Bridgman, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of the Nelson hops, blending well with the saison yeast, and light tropical fruits. Flavour is exquisitely complex, with a fantastic expression of the saison yeast, a beautiful incorporation of the Nelson, and just enough fruitiness. I don't usually rave about American saisons, but damn, this is exquisite.
