On tap at Vander Mill, pours a clear golden blonde, tiny head. Aroma is very faint, with gentle champagne-like effervescence and crisp apple skins. Flavour is crisp, with lots of dry apple skins and only a hint of a mustiness. Drinkable and clean, but without much depth.
