On tap at Bell's Eccentric Cafe, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out musty apple core, some apple skins and gentle acidity. Flavour is crisp, with lots of crisp apple skins and a little core. Not much funk nor depth. Meh.
