On tap at Bl�m, pours a clear peachy golden with a small white head. Aroma is very faint, with gentle spicy ginger, not much else. Flavour is dry and fermented out on the honey, with subtle ginger and tart cranberry, and then again, that seltzery, muted palate kicks in. Very poor product.

Sampled from the tap at the taproom. Pours a clear peachy pink with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a bit of Christmas spice, dry honey and a hint of plastic. Flavor has light spice and earthy honey with a hint of plastic.
