On tap at Bl�m, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma is pretty faint, with dry, fermented out honey and only gentle sweetness. Flavour is grainy and seltzery, with fermented out honey and crackery notes. This is really an egregious base product. Even for session meads, this is really poor.
