Bottle: Medium depth golden color with a minimal white head. Nose is sweet and semi-floral, a little citrus, and seemingly vanilla. Hops flavor is mostly floral, some citrus, herbal, caramel, and light bits of bready malt. Nice finish.

Bottle. Pours hazy orange, medium off-white head, creamy and slow to dissipate with nice lacing. Aroma is dank, passionfruit, mango, what I love about Mosaic. Flavor doesn’t live up, unfortunately. Very light sweetness, light plus bitterness, tropical and dank. Light body, oily mouthfeel. Bitterness lingers into the far finish.

Bottle from the coop. Lots of grapefruit in the aroma, orange gold body with slight wispy head. Citrus hops also dominate the taste, not much of a finish, but all around great session ale.

Bottle from Bine & Vine. Pours translucent gold with a white head. Aroma of tropical fruits and melons. Med body at least. Flavor is lightly toasty caramel with lots of tropical fruits and melons. It’s mosaic. Finishes fruity and bitter. Very sessionable indeed.

12oz bottle pours with a clear deep gold body that has thin copper hues and supports a white head of foam that leaves behind a bit of lacing. The aroma offers up mango as well as dank grassy sort of garlic and an herbal sort of sensation. At the end of the draw the mango gets a little juicy smelling as sweet clementine joins in. The taste begins with a pleasing degree of bitter citrus hoppiness as well as spicy dank garlic and onion like notes with a thin ring of juicy mango. To midway it thins out a bit as the citrusy hop bitterness grows. Pretty solid session brew with plenty of flavor and depth and balance.

12 oz. bottle, pours a crystal clear pale copper golden with a large white head. Nose brings out lots of resinous and piney hops, along with mineraly crackery malt. Flavour is really lovely, very bright and fresh, with loads of piney hops, not much else. Very dry piney palate, with no residual sweetness. Exactly how I like my IPAs. Wonderful stuff.
