A beautiful celebration of characters elicited from refermenting a bright lively cider with Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer grape skins from Emandare Vineyard, to produce a fully dry yet juicy piquette-style experience. Entirely crushable. Pairs wonderfully with any reason you have to raise your glass in salute.

330mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma is quite dry, with lots of musty grape skins, with a crisp apple skin character, and some farmhouse notes. Flavour is exactly on target, with lots of vinous notes, musty grapes, and gentle farmhouse character. Bone dry, with little residual sweetness. Moderately complex, with a nice grape skin finish. Good stuff.
