Light sessionable dry hop sour. Peach, pear, lime, cherry and kiwi character from Amarillo and Mosaic dry hop with farmhouse yeast blend. Light crisp grainy malt in the background. Light side on the sourness level. Very approachable. Very dry and refreshing.

On tap at Parallel 49, pours a fairly clear golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is fairly floral, with lacto, floral notes, and gentle tartness. Flavour is gently tart and hoppy, with floral notes and lots of lacto. Nothing special or complex here, but pleasantly constructed and drinkable. Pretty meh.
