Best enjoyed while dreaming of somewhere you should have visited a long time ago. Deliciously vinous cider aged six months with American oak elicits an ambrosial tapestry of caramel & vanilla, touched by a hint of cherry. The smoked wood character up front is what you avoid in wine but we believe is the Grail of oaking in cider.

330mL can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out light caramel, vanilla, moderately sweet toffee apple. Flavour brings out toffee apple, medium sweetness, caramel, and light vanilla. On the sweet side for me, but cohesive enough and pleasant flavours. Decent.
