Whilst peacefully aging for over a year, a fairytale romance blossomed between two wild fermented ciders... one of cider apple royalty (Kingston Black, Dabinette and Yarlington Mill), the other of culinary heritage (Ambrosia, Braeburn and Golden Russet). Their union blends stately character and delicious sparkle that brings the best of each to your glass. Ever so dry, wonderfully unique, and, well.... you'll see.

330mL bottle, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals gentle wild yeast and crisp apple skins. Flavour is bone dry, with dry crisp apple skins, modest tartness, and a little champagne character. It's not particularly complex or cohesive, and the tartness is the best kind. But it's pleasant.
