A rustic saison using traditional, old world techniques to develop a complex substrate for one of our favourite house cultures while residing for many months in Foeder # 2. Dryhopped with Nelson and Vic Secret, this beer is bright and tart with notes of stone fruit, white grape and pink peppercorn.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a small white head. Aroma reveals a nice white wine tang, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of funk. Flavour is gently tart, with tart grape skins, rustic saison yeast, a touch of white wine, and a touch of stone fruit. Really like the vinous and tangy character. Definitely not worth the $18 plus tax they're charging, but this is definitely excellent.
