We racked one of our favourite American Saison batches into oak with 800lbs of ripe peaches rushed from our favourite stonefruit farmer. Aged for 9 months in wine and bourbon casks, this beer was refermented on more peach in stainless before bottle conditioning.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out some herbal notes, overripe peaches, and a little rustic character. Flavour is fruitier than anything, with tons of juicy peaches, and subdued grainy notes. Basically drinks like a dry tart peach fruit beer. Solid but not worth the insulting price.
