Saskatcheweizen is our classic, hazy, German-style wheat beer. It features enjoyable hints of banana and clove, with a refreshingly crisp finish.

355mL bottle, pours a clear copper with a medium off-white head - looks nothing like a hef. Aroma is much more hef-like, with lots of clove, soft wheaty notes, a little banana, and coriander. Flavour is fairly estery, with a touch of tart fruits, banana, a touch of coriander, clove and dry wheaty notes. Soft, tart and estery. Not sure what this is supposed to be, but it's not my thing.

On tap at Smith. Pours a hazy deep gold with a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a sweet wheat note with a bit of fruit and a light earthiness. Flavor combines earthy and sweet wheat with a light fruitiness.
