Poured from the tap. Clear-ish blonde with minimal white head. Apple and apricot with mild funk, feint underlying white wine vinous notes. Enjoyable.

750mL bottle, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of funky, wild yeast, some apricots, and some rustic notes. Flavour is funky and complex, with apricots, lots of wild funk, leather, and crisp apple acidity. Funky and fruity, with a dry finish.
