Poured from the tap. Cloudy gold with small white head. Rustic saison yeast, funk, bugs, touch of wood. Very nice.

Power tasting at Phill's, corked bottle
Hazy blond colour, large head. It has a nice Brett character, funky, sour grapes, with a dry mouthfeel.
Well done.

750ml (thx, Riley!!!) on Phill's deck. Appearance: a bit hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: fruity, hoppy, rustic, reminds me HF Saisons. Taste: along the same lines, quite carbonated. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy golden with a medium white head. Aroma is very complex, with loads of rustic saison yeast, wild bugs, and a bit of earth — very funky and rustic. Flavour is likewise very funky and complex, with rustic saison yeast, wild funk, a little leather, and subtly tart citrus. A little woody, nicely funky, and very cohesive. Excellent saison blend.
