Poured from the tap. Clear light orangey gold with no head. Crisp, dry apple skin. It’s pretty decent, but not at all a standout for Sea Cider stuff.

On tap at the Alibi Room, pours a clear golden with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp apple skins and a tinge of farmhouse character. Flavour is along the same lines, with crisp apple skins, light acidity, a hint of funk, and a dry finish. Crisp and dry finish, with nice depth. Unusual for Sea Cider, but it's well-made.
