At 2.5% ABV, the inspiration for this beer was what you might want to crush in the sun after a summer bike ride! This low ABV Gose was Lacto-soured, and salted in the traditional German style before being given a contemporary twist. Over 200 lbs of watermelon was packed in during fermentation! The result of all of this is an ultra dry, slightly tart ale with a BIG watermelon punch complemented by a subtle salinity; perfect for replenishing your electrolytes.

On tap at Campio, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp watermelon, light salt and a touch of lacto. Flavour is crisp, with lots of dry watermelon, a little salt and lacto. Bright and juicy. Good stuff.
