This traditional Irish Gaelic greeting translates as “Health” and is a traditional salute on St. Patrick’s Day.
Our Irish Stout is roasty and clean, with a nice malty backbone and a very subtle hop profile.
We also added rye into the grain bill as we couldn’t resist giving this classic style a distinctly Canadian twist!

Unfortunately it’s a muddy mess. Looks ugly, kinda tastes like it too. Winstons saskatoon

On tap at Winston's, pours black with a small tan head. Aroma brings out medium roast and a bit of earthy notes. Flavour is dry, with lots of smooth roasted malt, and earthy dry cocoa. Dry and smooth, but lacking depth. It's alright.
