We agonized over what to call this fresh, tasty cucumber ginger gose. It's so fresh. So we decided to call it Fresh. Have we made the point yet?
We kettle-soured this one for a light tartness, steeped it with whole ginger root, and infused the whole thing with raw cucumber. We recommend trying it with a salt-rimmed glass (please ask your server).

On tap at Winston's, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Nose brings out fresh cucumber skins, some pickles, and a bit of lacto. Flavour tastes like pickles—maybe those cucumbers were in brine? Lightly salted and lacto-y. Pleasant.
