This one ramps up the bitterness and the ABV for a real punch of flavour. We paired our classic North American hops with a nice fruity English ale yeast to really accentuate the flavours. Grapefruit and orange are the dominant aromas, with some caramel and floral notes.

Mostly grapefruit here and some booze. Golden pour with decent head. Bitter finish. Ok, though not a lot of complexity. Tap at brewery.

On tap at KBC, pours a clear copper golden with a small white head. Aroma is fairly fruity, with stone fruits, piney hops, and biscuity malt. Flavour is bright and piney, with a good piney hops expression, stone fruit, and just enough sweet biscuity malt to back. Pretty happy with this—good balance and clarity.
