Tasting at Ryan's, can
Opaque brownish colour, the head disappears quickly; medium malt depth, sweet without being extremely thick, some vanilla.
Not bad.

16oz (thx, Matt!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: murky copper with a beige head. Aroma: bourbon and rye. Taste: along the same lines with some caramelized fruits and tea notes. Overall: good one.

16 oz. can, pours a cloudy dark amber / mahogany with a small beige head. Aroma brings out big bourbon barrels, dark fruits, caramel, and bready malt. Flavour is boozy and barrel-heavy, with lots lots of bourbon, caramel, and bready malt. The bourbon barrels are beautifully situated, expressing a rich base beer. Excellent.
