Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Hazy to cloudy pale blond colour. A bit farty, but it has a strong and clean funky character, it's dry, highly carbonated, creamy wheat.
Very good.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy gold with white head. Saison yeast, light funk, oak, touch of lacto. Still enjoyable.

750ml (thx, Alex M.!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky, some manure, a bit sour, some barrel and fruity notes. Taste: along the same lines with nice complexity, some barrel, very carbonated, reminds me about HF saisons. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden yellow with a small white head. Aroma has some nice bugs, rustic saison yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is full of wild yeast, a bit of tart citrus, some lacto, and oak. Buggy, citric and somewhat yogurty palate. A bit too milky on the palate. The flavours are nice and the depth is good, but I'm not totally sold on the mouthfeel. Good.
