An unfiltered and malty, yet crushable German-style amber lager. Finished with Ella hops for a light spice and floral note that balances the toasted bread malt character.

Poured from the tap. Slightly hazy amber with small beige head. Bready malt, hint of caramel, average.

On tap at The Bakery, pours a beautiful clear amber with a small beige head. Aroma is like unfermented wortβ€”I can't shake the feeling of that. Flavour is better, with lightly sweet toasted bready malt and a hint of caramel. Not anything special, but it's fine.
