On tap at AleSmith, pours a hazy yellowish blonde with a small white head. Aroma reveals plenty of bright, tart peaches upfront, with gentle wild yeast, and a touch of oak. Flavour is quite puckering, with tart peaches dominating, followed by a touch of oak and gentle wild yeast. Lots of tart peaches dominating. Not the most complex fruited sour, but it's well-made.
