On tap at Pure Project - Carlsbad, pours a clear bright red with a small white head. Aroma is complex, with lots of vinous notes, followed by tart plum, blackberries, and gentle tart cherries. Flavour is puckering, with a majorly puckering tart berry and plum character, light-moderate acidity, and oaky vinous notes. The fruit is situated nicely, but wine barrels really elevate this. Lovely.
