Ale with Grenache Blanc grapes and Viognier grapes aged in oak barrels
Provisions is an epicurean exploration of the storied romance between food and drink. The Vine was brewed in collaboration with our good friend, Top Chef, and food pioneer Brooke Williamson. The Vine is an ale aged in oak barrels with Central Coast Grenache Blanc grapes from our friend Andrew Murray, and Viognier grapes. This complex blend of worlds is waiting to be discovered.

On tap at LKBW 2023. Hazy orange with small white head. Fruity, grapes, citric, some funk, musty, intensive sourness, puckering. Juicy. Liked it.

On tap at Bruery Terreux, pours a hazy golden with a tiny white head. Nose is full of musty grape skins, light funk, and barnyard notes. Flavour is musty and funky, with musty dry grape skins, light funk, and champagne-like effervescence. The alcohol is forward but fitting. Musty, vinous finish. Very good.
