On tap at Highland Park, pours a bright slightly dark red with a small pink-tinged white head. Nose brings out deep jammy raspberries, with gentle tartness, a little wood, and some manure. Flavour is much the same, with lots of tart, jammy raspberries upfront, followed by a little oak and subtle manure. Better than the base beer, but still doesn't quite convince as a lambic—pleasant as an American attempt at it. The jammy raspberries are really nice. Good stuff.
