33 cl bottle @ Sankt Hans Tasting, Ulfborg. Aroma is mild with sour-ish tones, some coffee and hints of vinegar. Also cereal? Flavour is tart with some roasty tones, some coffee with milk and vinegar. Also lactic acid tones. The tartness & sourness is most likely unintentional here. Not completely undrinkable but somewhat unpleasant anyway.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Medium head with medium duration. Color is dark brown. Aroma and taste are burnt caramel, soy, wood, roast malt and hops.

Bottle @ fonefan tasting. Black with a beige head. Aroma is sweet, roasted malt and chocolate. Flavor is quite sweet and moderate bitter. Sweet and moderate bitter finish. Unclean. 190615

Bottle looks simple but really good. Beer in the glass zippy, dark brown, nice head. Starts intense malty, roasty, light sweetish notes. Fruity hints of raisins. Finish well balanced, warming-malty. Quite drinkable. Really nice!

Das Bier ist fast schwarz und hat eine kleine aber feine beige Schaumkrone. Geruch schokoladig, Molasse, Vanille, etwas Kaffee. Geschmack süß schokoladig, Vanille, gering bitter, Kaffee, sanfter Körper, zum Ende kommt eine sehr geringe Säuerlichkeit durch, insgesamt gut!
