Bottle at Phill
Dark red colour, clean. Definitively apples/cider in the aroma. Off-dry, it has good cider and fresh grape character, with light funk.
Nice.

750ml hiding at Phill's from the rain. Appearance: purple with a rose head. Aroma: lots of apples and π notes. Taste: along the same lines, quite intense fruity character, lots of tannins; a bit dry to me, but fruitiness helps a lot. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy dark amber / mahogany with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of red grape skins, vinous notes, red apple skins, and some musty notes. Flavour is indeed like a nice red wine/cider hybridβthere's red wine tannins, musty red grape skins, gentle sweetness, and crisp apple skins. Really nice blend of grapes and apples, with a musty, gently wild character. This is excellent.
