Aged 12 months on Sour Cherries with Brettanomyces Lambicus then bottle conditioned a further 3 months in our cellar.

Poured from 500mL bottle. Hazy orange with minimal white head. Cherry, wood, diminishes flavour in the palate, but still okay.

500mL bottle, pours a hazy dull pinkish red with a small beige head. Aroma brings out tart cherries, some marzipan, and a touch of wild yeast. Flavour is loaded with pungent tart cherries, followed immediately by wild yeast, and a touch of wood. Nice use of wild yeast and incorporation of cherries. Nothing overly complex, but it's very nice.
